Flex Legal is seeking Paralegals to assist with a Subject Access Request backlog reduction programme. The role focuses on increasing delivery capacity, reducing outstanding requests, and supporting ongoing compliance obligations.

Start ASAP for an initial 3-month assignment, with potential extension. The candidate will process SARs, review documents, redact where needed, and prepare disclosure packs while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Subject Access Requests.
• Attention to detail with sensitive information.
• Experience reviewing, collating and preparing large volumes of documentation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Confident communicating with stakeholders across different business areas.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and adapting to new processes.
• Experience in a law firm, in-house legal team, compliance or privacy operations is advantageous.

• Process and progress Subject Access Requests in line with agreed processes and deadlines.
• Review documents and apply redactions where required.
