Job summary

EPI-USE Labs is seeking a SAP HCM Migration Consultant UK to own delivery of a live SAP HCM transformation or S/4HANA migration end-to-end, from data-scope assessment through build, testing, go-live and post-go-live support.

You will be the primary client contact for the SAP data model, advising on solution approach and roadmap, and you may support pre-sales conversations on scope and feasibility for prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP HCM experience at a senior level with autonomy in analysis, configuration and problem-solving.
• Proven track record leading a client through a complex SAP project from design to go-live.
• Comfortable in both functional and technical conversations without needing senior sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a live SAP HCM transformation or S/4HANA migration end-to-end.
• Act as primary client contact on the SAP data model and roadmap.
• Support pre-sales conversations on scope and feasibility for prospective clients.
• Lead day-to-day coordination with the PMO and other consultants on the engagement.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants as part of the role.
