Job summary

EPI-USE Labs is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Migration Consultant to own end-to-end SAP HCM transformation or S/4HANA migrations from scoping through go-live and post-go-live support. You will serve as the primary advisor on the SAP data model and roadmaps and will support pre-sales discussions with prospective clients.

You will lead cross-functional delivery with PMOs and other consultants, mentor junior staff, and become a go-to specialist for our PRISM tooling.

Qualifications

Strong, demonstrable SAP HCM experience at a senior level with autonomy in analysis, configuration and problem-solving.
Track record leading a client through a complex SAP project from design through go-live.
Comfortable across both functional and technical conversations without needing sign-off.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of a live SAP HCM transformation or S/4HANA migration end-to-end.
Be primary client contact on the SAP data model and roadmap.
Support pre-sales conversations on scope, approach and feasibility for prospective clients.
Lead day-to-day coordination with PMO and other consultants on the engagement.
Guide clients on test phases (SIT, UAT) timing and steps.
