HelloKindred is seeking a Salesforce and Programme Operations Specialist to support the NED Engagement Programme on a remote basis. The role involves Salesforce administration, CRM data quality, event administration, and stakeholder communications within a busy professional-services environment.

This 3-month contract (40 hours per week) focuses on data integrity, process standardisation, and efficient support for the programme team, enabling high-quality engagement with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on Salesforce experience is essential.
• Experience maintaining CRM records, updating contact information, and managing campaign or event data.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience managing a shared inbox, handling enquiries, and responding to stakeholders.
• Ability to work accurately with large volumes of contact and event data.
• Confidence in identifying data discrepancies and following established processes.
• Professional handling of confidential information and data protection awareness.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update Salesforce records, campaign information, and event data.
• Create/update contacts, manage attendance statuses, and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain event campaign records and capture attendee information precisely.
• Update post-event attendance records to trigger automated follow-ups.
• Identify and correct duplicates and incomplete records; ensure data quality.
• Support Salesforce processes and workflows across the programme.
