Job Title: Remote Sales Specialist – Mercado Español (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: Approx $2,000 USD/month (OTE). Base/commission split TBD by Head of Sales.

Commission Structure:
KPIs: 30% conversion; AOV ≈ $1,500. The % from sales depends on lead temperature and performance. Ranging from 5% to 10%, based on achieving sales targets. During onboarding, we go through this in detail.

Schedule: Full-time, 9:00–18:00 Madrid time (CET/CEST). Daily webinars; consistent lead flow.

Job Overview

Our client is a fast-growing online education company operating in the crypto and financial literacy space. For almost three years, we’ve been helping thousands of students from Europe, Turkey, the U.S., and Latin America achieve financial independence through practical online courses and mentoring programs. Their team thrives on results, continuous learning, and the energy of a high-performance environment.

They are expanding their sales team and looking for a Sales Closer who can manage the full sales cycle — from initial call to deal closure. You’ll work exclusively with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our programs, guiding them through the process and helping them make confident purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete sales process: discovery, presentation, objection handling, and closing.
  • Conduct calls via Zoom or phone with pre-qualified, warm leads.
  • Maintain detailed notes and client status updates within our CRM system (Hubspot / Bitrix / amo / Notion).
  • Follow proven sales scripts and adapt them naturally to each client.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Team Lead to reach and exceed performance targets.
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience from the first contact to the final “yes.”
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (calls / Zoom / consultations).
  • Familiarity with professional sales techniques such as SPIN Selling, Looping, and objection handling.
  • Fluent Spanish (native level) and solid English (B2+).
  • Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication skills, confident voice, and clear diction.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
  • Results-driven mindset — no “comfort zone” or ceiling on income.
