Outbound German Sales Representative – United Kingdom (Remote)

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our dynamic team!

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be expected to consistently exceed quarterly sales targets by building rapport with customers and identifying sales opportunities, while adhering to quality and compliance metrics. The role involves working with a high volume of outbound calls and emails to existing customer leads provided daily.

We work with some of the most prestigious and well-known companies worldwide and will provide comprehensive sales and product training, along with mentorship and coaching from management and senior representatives.

Salary: Base £25,396, with £33,000 in On-Target Earnings (OTE).
Working hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Location: Remote.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a competitive spirit and thrive under pressure, always striving for performance.
  • Proactively reach out to existing clients to upsell new FinTech solutions.
  • Engage in a fully productive role involving calls (cold and warm) and emails.
  • Manage a pipeline of a minimum of 200 opportunities and/or up to 1000 automated outreach opportunities.
  • Report daily and weekly to the Operations Team Leader on pipeline and sales progress.
  • Forecast weekly and monthly sales volumes.
  • Conduct ecommerce research and self-prospecting as required.
  • Handle account administration and record keeping.
  • Maintain data hygiene and quality.
  • Apply a consultative/solution selling approach during calls.
  • Assist clients with integrating new payment solutions into their websites.
  • Adhere to quality and compliance metrics.

Requirements to join:
  • Fluency in English and German (C2 level).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or call center roles.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A suitable remote working environment with a stable broadband connection.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Knowledge of eCommerce is a plus.
  • Target-driven and self-accountable mindset.
  • Outgoing and confident personality.
