About Us:

About the Role:

You’ll be the first human voice many of our leads hear. These are small business owners actively looking for SEO help — and your job is to guide them through the process, build real connection, and close the deal. You’ll hold daily discovery calls, learn about each business’s goals, and sell them on our flagship SEO plan with clarity, empathy, and through relating to their business situation and how we can help their unique situation.

This is not a rigid, robotic sales job. We want someone who can adapt to the person on the other end of the call — building rapport, asking great questions, and making the offer feel personally relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run daily video calls with inbound leads (no cold calling)
  • Ask smart, open-ended questions to uncover client goals and pain points
  • Explain our SEO services in a simple, outcome-focused way
  • Relate our offer to what actually drives profit for the client
  • Close deals confidently and handle objections with empathy
  • Maintain follow-ups, chase warm leads, and manage your sales funnel
  • Take detailed notes and pass relevant info to our SEO fulfillment team

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (bonus if you’ve sold marketing or SEO services)
  • A natural people person — someone curious, warm, and emotionally intelligent
  • Strong communicator with great listening skills
  • Comfortable running Google Meets and phone calls in a consultative, no-pressure style
  • Able to adapt your approach to suit each lead’s energy and personality
  • Organised, driven, and happy working in a remote team
  • Based in the UK and available 1pm–9pm (Mon–Fri)

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel
