Job summary

LAW Absolute is seeking qualified Residential Conveyancers and Residential Property Lawyers to join a high-growth, technology-driven practice. You will manage sale and purchase transactions, including new-build properties, across England and Wales, while delivering excellent service and building lasting client relationships.

The role offers fully remote work with optional access to the London office, supported by a technology-led approach and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or equivalent.
• Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Able to manage a busy caseload effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commercially minded and motivated to contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage sale and purchase transactions, including new-build properties, across England and Wales.
• Handle a high-volume caseload while upholding high standards of legal work and client service.
• Leverage technology-enabled processes to reduce administrative tasks and increase efficiency.
• Deliver excellent legal advice and build strong relationships with clients.
