Job summary

FDR Law is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to operate as a flexible consultant. You will work remotely, manage your own caseload from start to finish, and enjoy a generous fee-split of up to 75% of the fees you generate.

As part of a boutique firm, you will receive strong leadership support, access to modern legal tech including Salesforce, and the autonomy to shape your practice while growing it with the firm’s backing.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property conveyancing and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage a full caseload, and grow your own client base.
• Comfortable with modern legal tech and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload from instruction to completion on a consultancy basis.
• Develop and nurture your own client/referrer relationships.
• Utilize technology platform and Salesforce to streamline workflows.
