As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a mixed caseload of conveyancing files, including the sale, purchase, and re-mortgage of freehold and leasehold properties. This remote role demands a professional who can handle cases independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.

Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgage transactions.
