Job summary

The European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE) is seeking a Research & Clinical Practice Manager to lead the research grants and awards portfolio and support the development of clinical guidance and patient resources for children and young people with endocrine conditions.

You will work with clinicians, researchers and volunteers across Europe, coordinating guidelines and funding opportunities, and helping to advance ESPE’s mission through strong project and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent) in a biomedical/clinical or life sciences discipline.
• Experience managing research programmes, grants or scientific initiatives.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with senior academic and clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of ESPE’s research grants and awards.
• Coordinate development of clinical practice guidelines and patient resources.
• Identify European research funding opportunities and strengthen collaborations.
• Support committees to deliver strategic priorities.
