Job summary

The European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE) is seeking a Research & Clinical Practice Manager to lead ESPE’s research grants, awards portfolio and clinical guidance development for children with endocrine conditions across Europe and beyond.

You’ll work with internationally recognised clinicians and researchers, coordinating guidelines and patient information while managing multiple projects and pursuing European funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent) in a biomedical, clinical or life sciences discipline.
• Experience managing research programmes, grants or scientific initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate multiple complex projects with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of European research funding programmes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of ESPE’s portfolio of research grants and prestigious awards.
• Support the Science, Clinical Practice, Awards and Working Group Committees, helping to deliver their strategic priorities.
• Coordinate the development of clinical practice guidelines, consensus statements and patient information resources.
• Identify and monitor European research funding opportunities, helping to strengthen research collaboration across the specialty.
• Build strong relationships with clinicians, researchers and partner organisations across Europe.
