Salary: $130,000

Pay Grade: 17

Job Summary

As the Regional Operations Director, you will plan regional objectives and ensure unit directors meet corporate, regional, and financial goals. You will oversee the operation, growth, and profitability of the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and direct operations supporting Key Performance Indicators
• Develop team direction, set priorities, and clarify strategies
• Implement policies to maximize income from existing accounts
• Support clinical and patient service programs meeting client needs and regulatory requirements
• Participate in sales for new business acquisition
• Monitor financial reports to ensure budget compliance
• Develop and motivate management and staff to meet goals
• Maintain client satisfaction and account retention
• Resolve complaints and interface with legal and HR departments
• Conduct performance evaluations
• Complete reports timely as per policies
• Provide high customer service levels and participate in patient visitation rounds
• Train and develop management personnel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to manage a team of six or more managers
• Minimum two years’ experience in multi-unit foodservice management with a volume of $3 million or more
• Strong track record in customer satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, P&L driven environment
• Excellent communication skills
