Remote - Regional Employment Specialist - (South Central)
Job Role: Join our dynamic team as a Regional Employment Specialist. As Regional Employment Specialist, you will oversee our employer engagement strategy, establishing strong relationships with local and national employers to create job opportunities tailored to our service users. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building employer relationships, managing high-performing teams, and delivering impactful employment outcomes. You will be working in fast paced environments and will be passionate about supporting individuals to overcome barriers of employment. As a strong collaborator, you work effectively alongside Regional and Area Managers to ensure consistent, high quality service delivery across the region. Location: Remote South Central but due to travelling and location, would be ideally suited to someone in South, i.e. Hampshire/Dorset/Sussex.
