Client Server Limited in London is seeking a Red Team Operator to conduct adversary simulations and breach engagements for a range of clients.

The role combines hands-on offensive security with research, tooling, and documenting operations. You will mentor teammates and contribute to client debriefs.

You can work from home but must be commutable to London every 2-3 weeks; hybrid setup with ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Red Team or offensive security with up-to-date tradecraft.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Solid understanding of OSI model, operating systems, and networking.
• Ability to read code and develop scripts or tooling to support engagements.

Responsabilités

• Conduct approved adversary simulations and red team engagements for diverse clients.
• Plan and execute operations within agreed rules of engagement.
• Build and manage red team infrastructure and tooling.
• Research emerging TTPs and adapt approaches when needed.
• Document operations, timelines and client deliverables, and mentor teammates.
