Porter Dodson LLP is seeking an experienced Recruitment and Early Careers Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role is remote with monthly attendance at regional offices for meetings and events.

You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and the development of early career pathways, while shaping the firm’s talent strategy and candidate experience across all functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, ideally in a law firm or professional services.
• Knowledge of early careers pipelines and apprenticeship routes is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the firm, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Oversee early careers programmes, including internships, work placements, and joint university engagement.
• Develop and maintain the applicant tracking system and candidate data reporting.
• Collaborate with partners and HR to attract top talent and improve candidate experience.
