Job summary

PKF Littlejohn is seeking an Early Careers Recruitment Assistant Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead attraction, selection and onboarding of graduates, interns and school leavers across our UK offices, working with stakeholders and guiding process improvements.

Based in London with flexible working options, the role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and experience in early careers within professional services.

Qualifications

• Proven Early Careers experience in accounting or professional services.
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with assessment centres and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead attraction, recruitment, selection and onboarding of graduate and intern talent across the firm.
• Manage recruitment inbox and stakeholder communications across service lines.
• Plan and run assessment centres, including logistics and feedback sessions.
• Develop marketing materials and sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
• Support HR data needs, reporting and people metrics packs.
• Provide excellent candidate experience and onboarding for junior hires.
