Formación

• Valid Real Estate Agent license.
• Proven experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
• Strong understanding of online real estate platforms and virtual tour technology.
• Excellent digital communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a full range of real estate services for clients virtually, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
• Utilize digital platforms and virtual tools to showcase properties, conduct virtual open houses, and facilitate client viewings.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, video conferencing, and messaging apps to build relationships and provide updates.
• Negotiate offers and manage the transaction process, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met digitally.
• Stay informed about market trends and property values through online research and data analysis.
• Develop and execute online marketing strategies to attract new buyers and sellers.
