Job summary

PSI Services LLC is seeking a QA Analyst to perform manual testing and contribute to test automation initiatives for our web applications. This role is remote-UK, with responsibilities spanning test case design, execution, and collaboration with developers to ensure quality releases.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of manual testing experience, strong knowledge of TestRail, SQL, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Experience with requirements-based testing.
• Experience with TestRail is preferred.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, author, and execute manual test cases for web applications.
• Create, manage, and maintain test plans in TestRail.
• Collaborate with developers and the automation team for new features.
• Support test automation initiatives and identify candidates for automation.
• Troubleshoot problems across product environments and document defects.
