Overview: Mission Critical Valor (MCV), a subsidiary of Valor Healthcare, provides comprehensive psychological services to federal departments including State, Defense, Justice, and Homeland Security. With nearly two decades of experience, MCV psychologists serve federal law enforcement and personnel in hostile environments worldwide. Our psychologists have backgrounds in law enforcement, security, and the U.S. military.

Position Summary: We are looking for a full-time Clinical Psychologist to support government behavioral health evaluations remotely. The role involves conducting telehealth psychological assessments for PTSD in Veterans, and pre-, in-, and post-mission evaluations for civilians, military, law enforcement, and first responders in hostile environments, ensuring mental fitness for duty or return.

Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit excellent writing skills to provide clear clinical recommendations for employment decisions.
  • Complete and submit documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Work primarily with patients in PSYPACT-eligible states.
Minimum Requirements:
  • PsyD or PhD from an accredited program.
  • Valid, unrestricted state license and PSYPACT license.
  • At least 1 year of experience with military, law enforcement, security, government, veterans, or first responders, preferably as an evaluator or interviewer.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • US citizenship and residency in the United States.
