Job summary

Intelligencia Training seeks a qualified Protective Security Adviser Apprenticeship trainer to deliver apprenticeship programmes nationwide and possibly overseas. The role requires adapting teaching to diverse sectors, with an engaging, practical approach and strong security background.

The position primarily operates remotely, with periodic travel to client sites and the office. Prior teaching experience is desirable; DBS checks and safeguarding commitments are required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Protective Security across physical, personnel, people, technical and cyber domains.
• Experience in security operations, risk assessments and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Apprenticeship and regulated qualifications to diverse apprentices nationwide and possibly overseas.
• Adapt teaching to multiple sectors including Security Industry, Health, Retail and Government.
• Train, coach and assess cohorts and engage with administration and QA teams.
• Maintain engaging communication and teaching style in a primarily remote model with periodic travel.
