Job summary

Crawco in the United Kingdom is seeking a Commercial & Domestic Loss Adjuster to cover Scotland. The role is home-based with regular regional travel and occasional overnight stays depending on location, handling a mixed portfolio of property claims.

You will investigate, establish facts and policy details, settle claims up to £100k, and maintain strong client relationships while meeting SLA and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss adjusting or complex high‑value claims handling.
• ACII or CILA qualification preferred; experienced candidates welcome.
• Strong knowledge of FCA procedures and TCF initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mixed caseload of property claims up to £100k.
• Investigate facts, policy details and work toward settlement.
• Manage client relationships and deliver SLAs/KPIs.
• Collaborate with colleagues in related business areas as needed.
