The Opportunity:

We’re currently working with a progressive and modern law firm that is looking to expand its Litigation team with the appointment of a Property Litigation Solicitor or an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal. This is a fully remote position with a forward-thinking, tech-enabled practice that puts flexibility, autonomy, and high-quality client service at its core.

The role offers a great opportunity to work within a supportive, collegiate environment while enjoying the freedom of remote working. You’ll be exposed to a varied caseload of residential and commercial property litigation matters and have the chance to take genuine ownership of your files and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage or assist on a caseload of property litigation matters including:
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Possession proceedings
• Rent arrears and service charge disputes
• Lease renewals and forfeiture actions
• Boundary and rights of way issues
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence
• Provide clear, commercially-focused legal advice to a broad client base
• Conduct legal research and stay abreast of property litigation developments
• Work collaboratively with the wider litigation and property teams

About You:

• A Qualified Solicitor (1+ PQE) or experienced Paralegal with demonstrable experience in property litigation
• Solid understanding of civil procedure rules and relevant housing/land law
• Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident in working remotely with good self-discipline and time management
• Proficient with legal technology and remote working tools
