Job summary
A leading heritage organization is seeking a Projects & Training Assistant to support high-profile projects and training initiatives on a part-time basis. This role includes project coordination, training support, and liaison with the International Advisory Committee. Ideal candidates will possess strong administrative skills and experience in the non-profit sector. The position is remote and offers flexible hours.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of administrative and/or professional support experience, preferably in the non-profit sector.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently and collaboratively.
Experience supporting projects in education, cultural heritage, or the non-profit sector.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training projects.
Support the rollout of bursary schemes and workshops.
Act as the primary point of contact for members of the IAC.
