Job summary

Last Mile is seeking a Project Manager for Leeds/Wakefield to lead multi-utility infrastructure projects from award to adoption. You will keep projects safe, on time and within budget while ensuring quality, scope, contract and regulatory requirements are met.

You will coordinate with clients, utility providers, contractors, asset owners and local authorities across residential, commercial and infrastructure schemes, using strong planning, clear communication and commercial control to deliver a

Qualifications

• Experience operating in utility or construction sectors.
• Commercial acuity with project, financial and contract management.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-utility projects from contract award to closeout.
• Plan site activity, resources, civils works and connections.
• Collaborate with clients, utility providers, contractors and authorities.
• Ensure RAMS, incident reporting and NRSWA compliance.
• Manage project financials including forecasting and variations.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through effective handover.
