Job summary

BBDBoom is seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of various HubSpot projects, focusing on integrations and migrations. You will manage the Project Administrator and work closely with various teams to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in project management, strong communication skills, and a meticulous approach to detail. Benefits include 23 days holiday plus UK bank holidays, fully remote working, and a performance-based bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience preferably within a digital agency or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience handling a range of client accounts.
• Meticulous attention to detail, able to prioritise under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage onboarding and strategic HubSpot projects from inception to completion.
• Deliver projects within budget, scope, and time constraints.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks in collaboration with stakeholders.
