Location: REMOTE – Must Live in MST, CST, or EST Time zone
Salary: $100,000 base + Bonus + Benefits

Travel: 1x per month to IL
Typical Hours: 8 to 5 PM CT; Flexible 40-45 hrs. /wk.

REMOTE Project Manager – Custom CRM Solutions Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the delivery of custom CRM projects (2-5)
• Ensure timely, on-budget completion
• Act as the primary contact for clients
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges
• Leverage CRM expertise to guide system design, implementation, and optimization
• Maintain detailed project documentation
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders

REMOTE Project Manager – Custom CRM Solutions Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• PMP Certification required
• Proven experience managing CRM solutions projects required
• Banking or financial industry experience required
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology required
