Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Program Manager (m/f/d) to provide centralized governance and support for the organization’s programs, guiding them from planning through execution and post-implementation.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, internal teams and external partners to ensure programs deliver the expected business value. The role calls for 5–7+ years in program or project management, strong knowledge of PMI, Agile or SAFe, budget and vendor management, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5-7+ years in project or program management leading multi-project programs.
• 3+ years in a people-leader or coaching role.
• Knowledge of PMI, Agile, SAFe frameworks; proficiency with program management and financial tracking tools.
• Experience managing vendors and budgets; strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the program roadmap, plans, and schedules.
• Enforce methodology, budgets, timelines, and quality standards; manage dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders; manage change activities and benefits realization.
• Forecast, track, and report program financials; allocate resources for delivery.
• Mentor project managers, analysts, consultants, and technical experts.
• Consolidate status, KPIs, and financials for leadership and drive improvements.
