Zusammenfassung

IMP Software is seeking a Product Manager to own the Finance and Purchasing products, shaping strategy, discovery and delivery in a remote-capable team. You will work with engineering, design and stakeholders to evolve the platform for MATs across the UK.

You’ll lead discovery, prioritise roadmaps and align product decisions with customer needs and commercial goals, while embracing AI tooling and agile ways of working to deliver outcomes with pace and rigor.

Qualifikationen

• Product management experience on finance, accounting, purchasing or spend-management software.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes and approvals.
• 4+ years in a B2B SaaS product role or equivalent.
• Experience evolving an established product based on customer needs and market opportunity.
• Excellent customer discovery and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with product metrics and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Define and evolve the product vision for Finance and Purchasing in response to customer insight and business goals.
• Own the product roadmap and balance improvements with new capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to turn priorities into deliverables with clear outcomes.
• Lead discovery with MAT finance teams, interviews and contextual research to form problem statements.
• Partner with Support, Implementation and Sales to communicate and drive adoption of releases.
