Job summary

Data Careers Ltd is recruiting a Product Manager for a portfolio of data solutions delivered as SaaS to UK public sector clients. The role is remote with occasional travel for meetings, offering a salary in the 65k–70k GBP range plus benefits.

You will own the product strategy and roadmap, work with customers to define requirements, and shape pricing and go-to-market plans. A strong data-focused PM background and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven PM in a B2B software or SaaS environment.
• Experience working with data-related products (quality, integration, analytics).
• Public sector experience delivering software solutions is advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience developing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong commercial awareness including pricing and market positioning.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the product strategy, vision and roadmap across a portfolio of data solutions.
• Identify market opportunities, customer challenges and emerging trends to inform product development.
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements, validate propositions and prioritise enhancements.
• Shape the commercial positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategy for the product portfolio.
• Translate customer and market requirements into clear product specifications, user stories and prioritised development backlogs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Delivery and Commercial teams to ensure successful product development and adoption.
• Support sales opportunities, product demonstrations, tenders and customer renewals.
• Monitor product performance, including adoption, customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.
• Ensure products align with relevant data protection, security and accessibility requirements.
