Apply Recruitment is seeking a Data Product Owner for a fast-growing Fintech SaaS business in Manchester. This is a remote role with occasional trips to the office and a salary up to £75,000 plus benefits.

You will own data-driven initiatives, shaping how data informs product development, customer experiences and commercial value. Collaborative with Product and Engineering teams, you’ll turn data insights into practical, revenue-driving solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Data Business Analysis or a similar data-focused role.
• Good technical understanding of data structures, mapping, integrations, quality and how datasets interact.
• Experience working with technical teams to deliver data-related requirements and opportunities with ROI or customer improvements.

Responsibilities

• Understand the data landscape: capture, structure, storage, integration and usage.
• Identify opportunities to turn datasets into insights, improved functionality and potential products.
• Own data-focused initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product and Engineering to translate problems into solutions.
• Improve data processes, reporting, governance and data management.
• Explore AI/LLM opportunities to unlock value from data.
• Help shape the future direction of data-driven products and capabilities.
