Job summary

300 North Limited is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Project Manager to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives in a predominantly remote role with occasional travel across client sites. You will combine project management with process improvement to redesign workflows that deliver measurable gains in efficiency and quality.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma expertise, PRINCE2 or PMP certification, and a track record of delivering improvement in complex customer-focused

Qualifications

Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, or equivalent.
PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management certification.
A relevant qualification in Process Improvement, Business Analysis or Operational Excellence would be desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation projects.
Manage the full project lifecycle to time, cost, scope and quality.
Analyse, redesign and optimise business processes to improve efficiency, quality and performance.
Engage, influence and manage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and effective decision-making.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and support the design of future processes.
