Job summary

Skybound Wealth Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Private Wealth Partner to grow a UK client base. You will operate as a self-employed adviser, supported by a licensed, multi-jurisdictional platform, centralised compliance and Plume wealth technology.

The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, delivering holistic advice across investments, pensions, protection, tax and estate planning, and expanding the client book through referrals and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Essential: Level 4 qualification in financial advice or equivalent.
• Essential: Previous experience as a practising financial adviser.
• Essential: Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and client acquisition.
• Essential: Ability to work autonomously with central support.
• Essential: High standards of professionalism, organisation and follow-through.
• Desirable: Existing client base with transferable terms.
• Desirable: Additional licences or willingness to obtain regulatory permissions.
• Desirable: Experience advising expatriate or international clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own client book through referrals, professional networks, events and proactive outreach.
• Convert prospects into long-term advisory relationships.
• Retain and deepen client relationships through high-quality advice and service.
• Advertisers are expected to generate their own opportunities, supported by the group’s brand and introducer relationships.
• Deliver holistic financial advice across investments, pensions, protection, tax and estate planning.
• Review and adapt client plans to changing goals and market conditions.
• Advise internationally mobile clients with assets, income or family across multiple jurisdictions.
