Remote Private Client Fee Earner

Sacco Mann are working with a reputable law firm on an exciting and fully remote Private Client Fee Earner role. Our client is a well-established and friendly firm with offices in Lincolnshire who are looking for an experienced fee Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Fee Earner to work on a caseload of Probate and Complex Wills. The firm are open to full time or part time applications.

The Role

Joining the Private Client department, you will manage and oversee a caseload involving various matters, including Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts, Estate Planning, Wealth Management, and Inheritance Tax.

Key Responsibilities

1. Run your own mixed caseload of Probate and Wills from start to finish with minimal supervision
2. Draft documents, and ensure all cases are handled efficiently and in compliance with legal regulation
3. Participate in business development initiatives to contribute to the growth of the firm's Private Client practice
4. Assist with the training and supervision of junior team members

About You

1. The firm are open to applications from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, or non-qualified Fee Earners with a minimum of 4 years' experience of handling Probate and Wills cases from start to finish.
2. Willing to participate in business development activities
