Job summary

Salt is seeking a Midweight Designer to shape the physical presence of a growing consumer brand across the UK. This role focuses on print and retail design, delivering signage, window graphics, and large-format campaigns from concept to print-ready artwork.

You’ll work under the Head of Creative, collaborating on store launches, catalogues and OOH campaigns, with responsibility for managing suppliers and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong print portfolio.
• Expert knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong technical print knowledge for large-format materials.
• Experience managing print suppliers and deadlines.
• Excellent typography, layout and brand craft.

Responsibilities

• Design in-store POS, display print and signage.
• Create window vinyls, in-store vinyls and shopfront graphics.
• Design and artwork catalogues and printed marketing.
• Create billboard and out-of-home campaigns.
• Produce print-ready artwork for large-format printing.
• Work with printers and suppliers on proofs and deadlines.
• Create store launch packs and roll-out graphics.
• Keep materials updated with product changes.
• Support digital creative during busy periods.
