Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Principal Innovation Business Analyst to connect business, clinical teams, Innovation and technology partners in a remote UK setting. You will identify opportunities for process improvements and support AI-enabled solution deployment, including Copilot.

You’ll design specifications, govern tests, training and adoption across multiple systems. The role emphasizes collaboration, governance and documentation to ensure solutions meet business needs and pursue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent with 8 years of experience in related systems.
• Experience in a matrixed environment and with AI-enabled solutions.
• Clinical trial systems knowledge (CTMS, EDC, eTMF, RTMS) and requirements documentation.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and drive adoption.
• Proven leadership or coordination of cross-functional teams and change management.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business, clinical teams, Innovation and technology to identify process improvements.
• Lead or support system implementations, testing, training and adoption activities.
• Document specifications for system selection, operations and configuration.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements discussions and manage adoption risks.
• Develop processes, procedures and best practices for technical and clinical teams.
