Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Principal Innovation Business Analyst to bridge business, clinical, and IT teams in Europe. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and support the adoption of AI-enabled solutions, including Copilot and AI agents.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, documentation, training, governance, and change management to ensure successful deployments across multiple clinical systems. Remote UK work is supported.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 8+ years in related systems and processes.
  • Experience in a matrixed environment and in AI-enabled solutions.
  • Clinical trial systems knowledge (CTMS/EDC/eTMF/RTMS) with requirements gathering and integrations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and lead teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Act as bridge between business stakeholders, clinical teams and technology partners to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support implementation activities, coordinate testing and user feedback for new systems.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions including AI agents and Copilot.
  • Develop and document specifications for system selection, operations and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update system configurations and dashboards.
  • Oversee integrations and system version releases with testing and UAT as needed.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions and training materials.
