About the Role

We are seeking Prescribing Pharmacists with experience in a Form Filled Consultation service to work on a part-time, remote, self-employed basis.

You will be an experienced pharmacist in asynchronous prescribing, currently registered with the GPhC, and available to start ASAP. Your work will involve a form-filled prescription service handling a variety of patients, including cases related to weight loss, dermatology, and sexual health. Full training on these conditions will be provided.

The service operates from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week. Sessions are typically 4 hours long.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
• Experience in a Form Filled Consultation Service (asynchronous prescribing)
• Independent prescribing qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a fully qualified pharmacist
