Job summary

Moneybox is seeking a customer-focused Phone Support professional to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will handle calls from existing and potential customers, ensuring a high standard of service and a delightful user experience.

The role involves collaborating with Operations and Compliance, learning cross-functional tasks, and delivering proactive support across channels. It’s a five-day week with a 9am–5:30pm shift pattern and opportunities for overtime in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
• Relevant work experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Interact with current and potential customers primarily through our phone line.
• Work with the wider Operations and Compliance team to ensure a great customer experience.
• Understand how to interact with customers via email or chats where follow ups are required.
• Learn key operational tasks to assist other teams when needed.
• Work within an energised and passionate team, sharing knowledge and experiences.
• Look for ways to go above and beyond to make customers happy.
