Job summary

Capita Pension Solutions seeks experienced Pension Administrators to join our UK team on permanent, full‑time basis. You will handle a broad range of pension administration tasks, including complex DB casework across member events, valuations, quotations and policy amendments.

Hours are Monday to Friday, typically 9:00–17:30 with some flexibility. This role may require SC clearance; Capita offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pension administration with DB schemes.
• Ability to perform complex manual pension calculations accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of pension administration tasks, including bereavement cases, address changes, valuations, quotations, projections and policy amendments.
• Investigate and resolve complex member queries and complaints with accuracy and care.
• Communicate clearly with members, beneficiaries and third parties, in writing and verbally, maintaining high-quality correspondence.
• Identify and report risks, complaints and breaches in line with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to Capita Quality Management Systems and regulatory standards while developing knowledge across pension lifecycle.
