Job summary

Etio – The National Centre for Arts Education (NCAE) is seeking a versatile Partnership Coordinator to develop, coordinate and manage partnerships that advance arts education across England. You will report to the Head of Partnerships & Engagement and collaborate with Music Hubs, schools, cultural organisations, and government bodies to drive engagement activities and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder engagement or partnerships.
• Experience coordinating meetings, events, or activities.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the partnership and engagement strategy with the Head of Partnerships & Engagement.
• Coordinate relationships with Music Hubs, schools, cultural organisations, sector bodies and other stakeholders.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to support programme objectives.
• Organise stakeholder meetings, working groups, workshops, forums and events.
• Maintain partnership records, stakeholder databases and engagement plans.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports and meeting papers.
• Act as a key contact for partnership enquiries with timely responses.
• Support monitoring and evaluation of activities and contribute to impact reporting.
• Collaborate with programme, communications and operations teams to align engagement activities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and improve processes.
