Job summary

A leading Advisory group in the UK is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their expanding support team. This remote role requires a Level 4 Diploma and offers opportunities for progression within the company. Responsibilities include preparing documentation, ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines, and gathering client information. Travel to the central office in Cardiff is expected every 4 weeks.

Job description

IDEX Consulting are working with a leading Advisory group who require an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing support team.

This is a continued part of the growth strategy which has seen additional headcount, revenue and FUM come into the business during 2025 due to acquisitions across the UK.

Duties include:

• Preparing pre-approval documentation prior to report writing
• Utilising all technology to produce accurate solutions for clients
• Providing accurate, timely and compliant suitability reports
• Ensuring all advice documentation is compliant according to FCA guidelines
• Working with the adviser to gather sufficient client information

The successful candidate will be Level 4 Diploma qualified and comfortable working in a remote role. There will be an expectation to travel to the central offices based in Cardiff every 4 weeks.

The business offers a true pathway to progress which, in this instance, may be towards an Advisory capacity or as a more senior member of the paraplanning/support team.

Experience within an acquisitive IFA business is beneficial.
