Job summary

RYZE Inc. is seeking a Packaging Designer to own packaging design across the full SKU portfolio. You will take packaging from concept through production-ready artwork, managing revisions and versioning, ensuring brand consistency and print accuracy.

The role involves collaborating with Brand Creative, Brand Marketing, Regulatory, Operations, and Production across a fully remote, global team, supporting mass retail and DTC channels. 4+ years of packaging design experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of packaging design experience in CPG/health brands.
• Expert-level Adobe Illustrator; strong Photoshop and InDesign skills.
• Deep understanding of print production, substrates, finishing techniques, color management.

Responsibilities

• Design primary and secondary packaging across the product portfolio from concept to final artwork.
• Prepare print-ready artwork files with die-lines, color separations, Pantone callouts, and finishing specs.
• Coordinate with printers and production partners to meet technical requirements and review proofs.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Operations and Production to ensure on-brand, compliant packaging.
