X4 Technology is seeking an experienced OT Security Specialist to secure clients' industrial control systems and OT networks. Remote role with occasional site visits to Reading, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and policies.

You will conduct OT risk assessments, manage vulnerabilities, and respond to incidents, applying IEC 62443 guidance. Interviews in Oct 2026; Start date November 2026.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT/OT security, with ≥3 years in OT security.
• Hands-on experience securing ICS/SCADA and OT networks.
• Experience in OT risk assessments, vulnerability management, patching and incident response.
• Knowledge of OT security standards, IEC 62443.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and operational teams.

Responsabilités

• Secure clients' OT infrastructure, including ICS/SCADA environments.
• Conduct OT risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities; recommend mitigations.
• Implement and manage OT security controls; monitor network traffic; respond to incidents.
• Develop OT security policies and procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; run OT security training and awareness programs.
