Job summary

Modis International Ltd is seeking an experienced Oracle Tax Functional Consultant for a remote UK contract. You will lead end-to-end tax configurations in Oracle ERP, focusing on indirect tax rules, rates and determination while coordinating across the project lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 eBTax and/or Oracle Fusion Tax, with strong stakeholder engagement and deployment ownership. UK remote work is supported through a contract arrangement.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on implementation experience with Oracle EBS R12 eBTax and/or Oracle Fusion Tax.
• Independently design, configure and deliver Oracle Tax solutions.
• Understanding of indirect tax processes (VAT/GST).
• Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations from requirements to deployment.
• Troubleshooting skills around tax configuration and determination.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and manage functional delivery independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional delivery of Oracle Tax implementations across the project lifecycle.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into Oracle Tax solutions.
• Configure indirect tax functionality including tax rules, rates, determination, and processes.
• Manage solution design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve functional challenges and ensure successful implementation.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to the project teams where required.
