Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Technical Construction Software Trainer to deliver remote and in-person training for AECO clients. You will onboard new clients, tailor sessions to client size, and collaborate with internal teams to deepen knowledge of Electrical Design software. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in construction or electrical engineering.

Location: Leeds, UK with up to 25% travel. Four days in office.

Qualifications

• Educational background or hands-on experience in electrical engineering, construction, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or project management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist new or existing clients with training needs and questions such as new client installation.
• Provide technical training via onsite and virtual training methods.
• Provide client support by actively working in the training queue when not in training or working on training documentation.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, system setup, and process mapping with clear documentation.
• Cultivate lasting partner relationships, serving as a go-to expert and client advocate.
• Create and update materials for classroom trainings and eLearning courses.
