Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience.
• High school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Willing to travel with overnight travel 10–15%.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Reside in or within a reasonable distance to the district.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and understand practice structure and needs.
• Communicate a patient-centered rationale for Oncology products.
• Understand cancer care team workflows, treatment options, and guidelines.
• Analyze market trends and multi-channel drug distribution.
• Collaborate with Oncology Customer Team Leader and district manager to develop plans.
