Our Client:
Our client delivers comprehensive catering solutions across the Northeast and select national markets. Their team transforms occasions into extraordinary experiences by combining strategic event design, genuine hospitality, and precise culinary craftsmanship. They navigate seamlessly between highly personalized intimate gatherings and expansive corporate initiatives. Their portfolio spans prestigious enterprises—including leading streaming platforms, innovative automotive manufacturers, and enterprise software pioneers—alongside mission-driven organizations focused on youth development, affordable housing, and cardiovascular health advocacy. Their operational philosophy centers on seven foundational principles: unwavering dedication, service excellence, personal responsibility, ethical standards, open communication, continuous evolution, and purposeful engagement. These values shape every interaction and ensure each celebration reflects their commitment to distinction.
Job Overview:
We’re seeking a New Hire Service Trainer who is cheerful, charismatic, and naturally skilled at teaching. This person will play a vital role in shaping the first impression for their new front-of-house team members—servers, bartenders, and event staff. The trainer will lead engaging one-on-one virtual sessions (and occasionally small group sessions) to introduce new hires to the company's service manual, standards, and core expectations. While prior experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry is a plus, it is not required. Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys onboarding, inspires excitement in new hires, and reinforces the importance of service excellence in making life’s most important celebrations memorable.
