Job Title: Remote Onboarding Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,600 USD/month paid via wire transfer

Schedule: Flexible (workdays and hours may vary; time zone alignment with U.S. Eastern Time preferred; standard lunch breaks accommodated)

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a New Hire Service Trainer who is cheerful, charismatic, and naturally skilled at teaching. This person will play a vital role in shaping the first impression for their new front-of-house team members—servers, bartenders, and event staff. The trainer will lead engaging one-on-one virtual sessions (and occasionally small group sessions) to introduce new hires to the company's service manual, standards, and core expectations. While prior experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry is a plus, it is not required. Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys onboarding, inspires excitement in new hires, and reinforces the importance of service excellence in making life’s most important celebrations memorable.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual one-on-one and group training sessions for new front-of-house hires (servers, bartenders, and event staff).
  • Guide new hires through the company's service manual, standards, and expectations.
  • Foster enthusiasm and a sense of belonging for new team members joining our company.
  • Ensure training sessions are engaging, clear, and aligned with company culture and values.
  • Provide feedback and encouragement to help new hires feel confident and prepared for their first event.
  • Collaborate with management to update training materials as needed.
  • Track participation, progress, and completion of training sessions.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Cheerful, charismatic, and approachable personality.
  • Ability to teach and motivate individuals with varying levels of hospitality experience.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing training schedules independently.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, but not required).
  • Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service training (preferred, not required). Passion for service excellence and hospitality culture.
