Job summary

gel Resourcing Ltd seeks a Remote Occupational Health Advisor/Auditor to join a permanent team. The role covers 3 days per week auditing Health Surveillance and ensuring compliance, with a further 2 days handling remote case management of approximately 5 cases daily.

The ideal candidate will be an NMC-registered nurse with an OH degree or diploma and solid Occupational Health experience in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Registered with the NMC as a nurse.
• Qualified in Occupational Health (degree or diploma).
• Experience delivering Occupational Health services.

Responsibilities

• Audit Health Surveillance for compliance, safety and accuracy.
• Act as clinical quality controller for the OH service (3 days per week).
• Support the annual SEQOHS accreditation.
• Remote case management for up to 5 cases per day.
