Job summary

Thinking Search is seeking an ambitious associate to join a well-established non-contentious construction practice in the UK. You will advise on a broad range of construction matters, support transactions across real estate development, energy and infrastructure, and draft and negotiate contracts while working closely with partners and colleagues across offices.

An excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing non-contentious construction team, working on a broad range of UK and international projects across multiple sectors. This role offers exposure to high-quality work for major clients, alongside the support of a collaborative, cross-office team environment.

Remote, Office Based and FTC opportunities available.

The team operates as a single UK practice and advises a wide spectrum of industry participants, including developers, project companies, owners, lenders, contractors and suppliers. You will support projects across real estate development and investment, energy, transport and infrastructure, combining domestic work with large-scale, cross-border matters.

Role

Candidate Requirements

• Non-contentious construction matters
• Experience of construction contracts, consultant appointments and collateral warranties desirable
• Exposure to real estate, energy or infrastructure projects advantageous but not essential
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships
• Collaborative, motivated and keen to develop within a growing practice
